Return/Warranty Policy:

We service DEFECTIVE items only.  If your item is indeed Defective, or Dead on Arrival, we will exchange the item(s) via its' Factory Warranty. 


All returns must be accompanied by a SkyPro Wireless RAC (Return Authorization Code) number. To obtain an RAC number, please send an e-mail

Be sure to include the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Date of original purchase
  • Reason for request for RAC
  • Your e-mail address

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be processed without an RAC number.



Non-Defective Returns:

At this point, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that are NOT defective.
